America has gone through the worst economic time and some are saying that America will never be what it use to be. Others say that America will indeed return to its former greatness. Are the negative ... From Grumpy
You heard the President tonight. Did he say something you like?...Health, Education, Energy. Are these the things that concern you?.If this is true how does it benefit you now and in the future?. Is it possible for the United States of America to "resume it's place in the world?". How do we as Americans assist in the most august program ever presented? Can the Automobile Industry recover? If so what does it need to do? I agree with the President that we need the Automotive Industry to move forward and we do not and can not accept the lost of this industry. Do you need this industry for your day to day lives? The cost of insurance has gone over the roof. I spend more than $500.00 a month to pay for insurance whether I need it for immediate or long term health care. For the unemployed this is a staggering amount. I'm proof. What about you? Can you stand the cost you have to pay for your insurance? There are a lot of questions here. The President is addressing the Congress of the United States. If you listened to this speech do you feel you're now a member of Congress? If not will you address that person that represents you in the congress of the United States? All it takes for you is a pen and paper or, a computer to get your voice heard. Tell your representative what you think and what you want
What do you think about the Stimulus Package that was recently passed by Congress. It took a bit of time to get passage of a bill that would benefit America and Americans in the pursuit a stronger America. The different factions of Congress disagreed on several key components of the package. The writer thinks the need for the stimulus package in it's strongest form is best for this Country and its citizens. The Schools need rebuilding, The highway super structure needs drastic repairs. The Automobile industry needs to be allowed to get on its feet again. The American Citizen needs to save the home in which they live. The mortgage needs to be a level which will sustain the mortgage holder's ability to continue to pay for his home so the family can maintain some sort of normality in the every day struggle of survival. Is this too much too ask? What do you think?
